About Crumity Consulting
Who Am I?
My name is Victor Crumity and I have decades of experience in training and in sales of multiple lines of insurance. My passion in training developed from a role as a corporate trainer for a large public utility. From there, I became an independent life/health broker and, later, a sales agent for one of the largest Property & Casualty firms in the country. Most recently, I was a captive agent, manager, and director of sales for one of the largest and most well known Medicare Health Plans in the the United States.
Based upon my expansive knowledge and experience in this industry, I am devoted to training and inspiring insurance agents to reach higher levels of production with real world guidance and expertise. My workshops run from one to two hours and are anything but boring. I offer Senior products training for new and veteran agents, marketing guidance, and customized workshops to fit the needs of specific requests. Our Philosophy
I don't believe that anyone can be motivated to do anything that one either does not really desire or is not empowered to achieve. I don't attempt to motivate, rather, I challenge and present the tools to reach an expected result.
Our Process
My process is designed to deliver results. I start with a meeting to determine your specific needs and the audience to whom I will be facilitating. Together we will decide the agenda and logistics (either online or in person) and my fee. I will conduct the training/workshop as agreed and solicit feedback from the participants which I will deliver to the leaders so that my effectiveness can be ascertained immediately. I will also be available for any follow up discussion or questions that may come up after the meeting is concluded.
